
It all Began One Sunny Day in my Cook Islands Kitchen
I got my very first pasta rolling machine in New Zealand in 2013 and brought it back with me to the Cook Islands. When I started making my own pasta, after a few trials and error, we realised that there was no going back to store bought!
As a wedding present from my beautiful family I got my dream Kitchen Aid stand mixer and with it came the ability to make dough easier and quicker. I quickly added the pasta rolling machine attachement and voila...
I started selling my pasta and gnocchi when living in Samoa in 2017. It was a success within the expat community and foodies alike.
That experience has made me realise that that was something I wanted to do professionally. So moving back to Mauritius in 2024 gave me the opportunity to do just that!

Now that you know the Who, I'll explain the What, How and Where?
The Pasta Atelier was officially setup as a business at the beginning of June 2024.
I startied with the basic cut rolled Pasta, Fettuccine, Linguine, Lasagne sheet and potato Gnocchi. As I am growing slowly introduce new products and try and vary my selections.

I deliver around the island weekly, I also attend seasonal markets of locally made produce. Or pick up from my Atelier in Black River
My products are made with locally sourced and organic produce and as much as I can.
